May 2020 Survey

COVID-19 has accelerated the adoption of technology across all sectors and AI has become an important technology to not only optimise processes but to enhance customer user experience. This report identifies priorities, preferences, trends, concerns towards AI, data and micro-services.

A group of 101 tech executives participated in the survey from a variety of roles within different organisations. It is worth noting that participants are predominantly decision makers and influencers pertaining to their role in determining Datasets or AI solutions (86%). Also, participants were mostly from Singapore (52%) and the rest from all over Asia including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, India and China.
